Silvia has come to fitness in the second act of her career. A former Tech Executive, she spent most of her adult life dreaming of the day she could focus on working with people in a holistic way. Having reacquainted herself with the power and strength gained from Pilates, she decided to pursue her teaching certification as a way to round out her background.
Innately understanding the power of integrating the mind, body, and spirit, she has spent decades as a student of various healing modalities. Marrying her prior knowledge with her Pilates certification, Silvia has developed her own approach to fitness that blends science and an intuitive understanding of her clients needs, to get them the best possible results.
In her spare time Silvia enjoys reading on the beach or on her lanai, hiking with her husband Scott and pup Rocky. As time permits, she can be found traveling the world, soaking in the daily life of others and enjoying local cuisine. Of course, when all else fails, she can be found on a reformer or mat doing a little Pilates.
